Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been accused of \u201ccommitting sex crimes in the US\u201d by a Republican congressman demanding greater accountability over Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s associates.<\/p>\n

Thomas Massie also called for a further three million files connected to the late convicted sex offender to be released.<\/p>\n

He has also urged authorities to investigate and prosecute those accused of wrongdoing. The former Duke of York has consistently and vehemently denied wrongdoing over\u00a0his relationship with the multimillionaire<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Andrew has also strongly denied ever\u00a0sexually assaulting his accuser Virginia Giuffre.<\/p>\n

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor accused of \u2018committing sex crimes in the US\u2019<\/h2>\n

Earlier this year, Andrew found himself caught up in the scandal even more when his name repeatedly appeared in a batch of files relating to Epstein and his crimes.<\/p>\n

In January, the US Justice Department released millions of documents connected to disgraced financier Epstein.<\/p>\n

Being named or pictured among the Epstein files is not an indication of wrongdoing.<\/p>\n

Now, Mr Massie is demanding that another three million files relating to the Epstein case are made public.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the US House of Representatives in Washington DC, he alleged: \u201cWe want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. And Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the US.\u201d<\/p>\n

Virginia Giuffre\u2019s allegations against Andrew<\/h2>\n

The late Virginia Giuffre claimed she was made to have sex with Andrew on three separate occasions in the early 2000s when she was 17 after being trafficked by Epstein.<\/p>\n

She said that one alleged encounter took place at Epstein\u2019s New York mansion.<\/p>\n

Another was alleged to have happened on Little Saint James, the island owned by Epstein and a US territory.<\/p>\n

Mr Massie added: \u201cPerhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andrew has always vehemently denied Ms Giuffre\u2019s allegations.<\/p>\n

In February 2022,\u00a0Andrew and Ms Giuffre reached an out-of-court settlement<\/a>\u00a0after she sued him in a civil case in the US, accusing him of sexual assault.<\/p>\n

They settled for an undisclosed sum. However, Andrew made it clear, by doing so, he did not accept any liability.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre took her own life in April last year.<\/p>\n

Andrew stripped of royal titles and honours<\/h2>\n

As the scandal continued to grow,\u00a0Andrew was stripped of his royal titles<\/a>\u00a0and banished further from public life late last year. His brother King Charles initiated the formal process to have Andrew\u2019s remaining royal titles and honours removed amid growing scrutiny.<\/p>\n

Andrew\u2019s life has since changed dramatically, with him being evicted from his home at Windsor\u2019s Royal Lodge last year. Earlier this year, he moved to a farmhouse on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.<\/p>\n

In February, meanwhile, police arrested Andrew on suspicion of misconduct in public office. It came after allegations that he shared sensitive and confidential information with Epstein during his time as UK\u2019s trade envoy, a role he held between 2001 and 2011.<\/p>\n

Police released him under investigation hours later. Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein.<\/p>\n

Representatives for Andrew have been contacted for comment.<\/p>\n
